CONFERENCE: FOUR SPANISH WOMEN AND THEIR ACTS OF COURAGE

This morning a conference about Concepción Arenal, Federica Montseny, Dulce Chacón and Carmen Alborch and their acts of courage has been held at our High School. Some Senior High School students from our team and three more have prepared the conference. Also our English assistant, Alexandra Borostean has guided the conference with amazing good people skills. Once our students have finished their speeches, a questionnaire was handed out to the audiende, 4ª ESO students. they were supposed to fill it out in order to show if they understood the information from the conference.

FLASH MOB ACTIVITY: HAPPY!!

This is one of the activities carried out by the group during the week. We have been recording our group in different parts of our town, Don Benito and of course, our high school Cuatro Caminos. Now we have to wait until we can finally watch it. Our expert, Emilio, is editing the video. As soon as he finishes it, he will show it to us, by posting it on our very own blog.

WHO ARE WE? 

We are Vetusta Group from Don Benito, Extremadura, Spain. Our group is made out of 9 brilliant students and an  English teacher. This is our first year participating in the Euroscola competition, and we are very excited and glad to be part of this innovative project.This project will be a great chance for our participants to surpass their shiness and explore their creativity and willingness to help others. Our goal is to organize various activities that impact our community and make people want to react and act for a better and prosperous  future. 

We are eager to complete all the requirements of the competition with flying colors.
